Next, Metekhi Church and the monument to Vachtag Gorgasali, who was the legendary founder of Tbilisi. You will take the cable car up to the Narikala fortress, from where you will enjoy a wonderful night panoramic view of the city. You will go down towards the sulphur baths, you will pass the only mosque in Tbilisi.
Gergeti Trinity Church is 2170 meters above sea level. Gergeti Trinity Church was built in the 14th century. During the Soviet era, the Soviets banned religious services, but the church remained a popular tourist destination. The church is an active institution of the Georgian Orthodox and Apostolic Church. The church offers an epic panoramic view of the entire valley. Due to the isolation of the church in the steep mountainous terrain, it remains the most famous tourist attraction in Georgia. You will be amazed by the view of Mount Kazbegi, which is 5047 meters above sea level.
